About Us

A+ Tutoring was founded in 1998. The owner, Gina Latta, started tutoring at a young age. She graduated from College in 1996 with a teaching degree in Math and English. In 1998 her students had referred so many people that she just could not personally tutor each one. At that time she started A+ Tutoring. She has a passion for education, and a passion for each student to excel. In 2003, the first location was opened in Griffith, Indiana. Although we have grown through the years Gina still plays a major roll in the business. Gina personally matches every student with every teacher. Through the years her experience has enabled her to know exactly which tutor will be the perfect match for each student. She also stays very in tune to the progress of each student. We also have the benefit of having a tutor with over 20 years of experience in the special needs field.
